Congratulations to Qld Garden Expo featured on TVNZ Breakfast Show as part of an exclusive Sunshine Coast mother’s day competition promoted in New Zealand on 07 and 08 May
The Central West Outback operators have banded together and are cooperatively marketing their products through Infinity Holidays. For the first time Outback Queensland has a depth of product for a global wholesaler to work with. With Tourism and Events Queensland support, these outback products are featured over 4 pages in the 2014/15 Infinity Holidays Brisbane & Sunshine Coast brochure which now states “featuring Outback Queensland.” It’s a great start to getting greater exposure for the Outback to new markets. Again for the first time the Outback Queensland operators participated in the Queensland on Tour trade show in Auckland, NZ. This has been a fantastic result from the CWOQTA Tourism Development Action Plan. View brochure.
Fantastic results for Qld Garden Expo following the recent Queensland on Tour trade show in Auckland, NZ. The event has been packaged with key New Zealand wholesalers including: House of Travel; Go Holidays; Infinity Holidays; Aim Holidays; as well as Virgin Australia.
The event is also ready to welcome a NZ group with Supreme Tours and Travel.
Qld Garden Expo will be the theme for a Sunshine Coast Travel prize being promoted on TVNZ’s Breakfast Show on 09 May. A lucky NZ traveller will get to enjoy 3 days at the Expo in the beautiful Sunshine Coast hinterland with accommodation at the relaxing Novotel Twin Waters Resort (official accommodation partner).
Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers is being packaged by Virgin Australia for 2014. View Packages. Fly/Drive packages are on offer from most states and territories around Australia plus multiple regional centres. Guests may build their own package with flights, accommodation, event tickets, garden tours and hire car. Flights for 2014 are into Brisbane Airport with a self-drive option to explore the beautiful Southern Qld Country.
Great opportunities coming up for packaging 2015 after the opening of the new Toowoomba Welcamp Airport. The airport management is currently in discussions with several airlines re future flights into the new facility. Hopefully, decisions will be made shortly.
